The next step will be the promise of purchase and sale contract agreement, in which the seller and the buyer agree to execute the definitive property transfer contract agreement in accordance with the agreed conditions. This contract must include the value of the transaction, the form of payment, the value of the signal and the maximum term for the conclusion of the definitive contract agreement.



Finally, the most common way of transferring an imóvel is a deed of purchase and sale.
